Drop in session with an emphasis on exercises for your personal condition. Specialist Cycles which helps improve mobility available. Open group to those living with the after effects of a Stroke, MS, Parkinson's and other Neurological associated conditions. Support available to friends and family to share experiences, gain information on how to manage your conditions and to improve daily wellbeing. Come along and see what its all about!
